Refund policy
The pack is a digital download, so once it has been downloaded it cannot be returned. If a file is broken, we fix it or refund you.
The policy
- After download
- No refund is given after a successful download, except as below.
- Defective or corrupt files
- If a file is defective, corrupt or will not open, tell us within 14 days of purchase. We will send a working replacement, or, if we cannot, refund you in full.
- Not downloaded
- If you have not downloaded the files, you may ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- How refunds are paid
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes refunds to the original payment method. You can also contact Paddle directly via the link in your receipt.
- Your legal rights
- This policy does not affect rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
