Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
What you buy: Digital, downloadable templates only (editable checklists, forms and spreadsheets), described on the pricing page. You get a licence to use them for your own company’s products; you may not resell or redistribute them. No human service, consulting, review or advice is part of the purchase.
Not advice: The free tools and the pack are general information and templates. They are not legal, regulatory, tax or import advice, we do not offer consulting or advisory services of any kind, and no advisory relationship is created. Check every result with your importer or a qualified professional before you act.
